Freight/Shipping
Please make sure you have chosen your freight cost for your order (as quoted in item description), the freight menu can be found on the main menu (on the left hand side of your screen). We do combine freight - when combining items with different freight charges, all items can be sent together for one freight charge, select the higher freight charge of all your items. If combining items with the same freight charge, you only pay freight once, no matter how many items you buy. Returns
If you are unhappy with your item, please email us immediately mha@igrin.co.nz, on receipt of item. We will endeavour to remedy any problem asap.
